Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we understand that sometimes, projects do not go as planned! We allow for returns within 30 days of the date your item is delivered. If you’d like to return your items, please contact a customer service representative by calling 1-800-258-2320 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions for returning your items. A valid RMA is necessary for all returns, so please contact customer service before returning your products. Our customer service hours are Monday through Friday, from 8AM to 5PM PST.
Upon authorization, you will receive instructions on where to send the return merchandise. Please return prepaid by a traceable carrier such as United Parcel Service, or Federal Express to the address provided when you receive your RMA. Orders shipped via a LTL freight carrier (on pallets) will need to be returned via LTL freight, prepaid.
Items must be returned in “as new” condition in their original packaging, with all original accessories. No refunds will be provided for items that arrive at the warehouse damaged or with parts missing. Purchaser is responsible for the cost of return shipping, and your original shipping charges are non-refundable. Table bases and legs cut to a custom height may not be returned. RAW items (items special ordered without a finish) may not be returned. Topalit table tops with the umbrella grommet pre-installed may not be returned. Individual parts may not be returned. All returns are at the sole discretion of the manufacturer. A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply.
Beyond 30 days after receipt of merchandise, no returns will be considered. Refunds will be credited back in the same form as your original payment. Please allow up to 30 days for your refund to be processed.
