Tablebases.com collects sales tax on orders shipping to the states of California, Missouri and Nevada. If you have a valid and current sales tax exemption certificate for one of those states, we can remove sales tax from your order.
To place a tax-exempt order, we'll need to first set up your account in our system. Follow the steps below to contact customer service and set up a tax-exempt account.
- Please email a copy of your tax-exemption certificate to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- We will set up an account for you in our system, and provide you with log-in information.
Once your account has been set up, you can place tax free orders online at Tablebases.com or over the phone by calling 1-800-258-2320. When you order over the phone, please reference your account number or the email address on the account.
If you prefer to order online, just make sure you log into your account when prompted during checkout. Do NOT check out as a guest, as your tax-exempt status is tied to your account.
Once an order has been packed to ship, any taxes paid will not be refunded, so please be sure to contact us and set up a tax-free account before you complete your order. Tablebases.com does not calculate or collect sales tax or duties for orders shipping to Canada, you will need to pay those separately on delivery of your order or through an import broker. Tablebases.com cannot waive import duties or taxes for shipments to Canada. If you have an import broker, please send us their contact information when you place your order.
